We’ve built 8 RV sites in White Oak Landing — 4 by the peaceful cove, 4 in the quiet woods.

Two of our wooded sites are open for long-term stays: Blissful Serenity is available now, and Wooded Hideaway opens up November 4. 🌳

Both sit up on higher ground on the wooded side of Hidden Oasis, away from the cove’s seasonal water changes, which makes them a great fit for long-term living. Full hookups (30/50 amp and water), and both just got brand-new picnic tables.

Planning to stay a while? With a one-year lease, we’re open to adding a pole barn over your site to keep your rig covered, for a small increase in monthly rent.

Our October/November newsletter is out! 🍂

We spent part of October at Hidden Oasis putting new picnic tables at all eight sites. The newsletter covers that, plus the road home: a Navajo Nation Fair parade in Shiprock, an RV rally in Farmington, a calf born right next to our coach, and two free events nearby in November.

New picnic tables are going in at Hidden Oasis. 🛠️

We spent part of our visit last week putting together new black steel tables for the cove sites. We picked steel with mesh tops on purpose: the cove runs high in spring and low in fall, and these are built to handle both. The wooded sites are getting their own new tables too.

Here’s the before, the middle, and the after on a foggy fall morning.

What’s the one thing a campsite has to have for you: a good table, a good fire pit, or a good view?

Fifth stop on our tour of all eight site names: Serenity Cove. 🌊

Site 4, the last of our four cove sites, with room to back in, set up, and settle in by the water. With a name like that, it doesn’t have to work very hard to sell itself.

That’s all four cove sites: Slice of Heaven, Tranquil Cove, Making Memories, and Serenity Cove. Hidden Paradise kicked off the wooded side, and three more are coming. Cove side or tree side, which one’s more your style? 👇

Cooler nights mean fire pit season is officially here. 🔥

Every site at Hidden Oasis has its own stone-ringed fire pit. This one’s just waiting for someone to pull up a chair and strike a match.

Crockpots lined up, foil pans, buns, and every sauce you can think of. 🍽️

Potluck nights under the pavilion are some of the best evenings at White Oak Landing. Everybody brings something, nobody leaves hungry, and somebody always asks for a recipe.

Fourth stop on our tour of all eight site names: Slice of Heaven. 🥧

Site 1 on the cove — gravel pad, a little grass island for the sign, and a picnic table out by the water. Honestly, the name says it all.

So far: Making Memories, Tranquil Cove, Hidden Paradise, and Slice of Heaven. Halfway there. Which one’s your favorite so far? 👇

Hole 11 at Ross Creek Landing Golf Course. ⛳

Rolling fairways, wooded hills on every side, and a cart path that winds right through the middle of it. It’s an easy add-on if you’re staying with us and packed the clubs.

Fall’s quiet side at Hidden Oasis. 🍂

A great blue heron working the shallows of the cove one evening a couple of Septembers back, with the first turned leaves floating at the edges. Herons are regulars on the cove, and they don’t seem to mind the company.
