🚂 Our cabooses made Carolina Country! 🦬

"We had an amazing weekend with our family at the Red Dog Barn 🤗
The place is unique and cozy, very clean and comfortable. The view is breathtaking, the whirlpool bath is a really great plus and we were lucky to have a bison walk right in front of the porch while enjoying the hot tub.
We also enjoyed the trains and the warm welcome of the host.

"This was a wonderful place to stay! As a train lover, I was super excited to stay in a caboose for a few nights. Everything was clean, and I especially liked all the train and bison decor. Speaking of bison, it was so special to be able to see them right out the window! I would definitely recommend staying in one of Cheryl's cabooses if you have the opportunity!"

"Cheryl was an amazing host above all else! She communicated prior to booking when I had questions, after booking & next day check in instructions. She even messaged post check in to ensure things were going smoothly & met our expectations. She communicated through check out as well. The cabin has so much to offer for a peaceful relaxing staycation style weekend getaway. Being from central NC, its only a 2 hour drive for us to do a weekend mountain trip to unwind, relax & enjoy how time just moves slower there. We cannot wait to book our next weekend getaway here!"

"AMAZING! We are all sad it was a one night stay. We came for my wife’s 40th birthday. Having the goats and donkeys out front was lovely! Hot tub was nice and the fire pit was great. Thankfully Dennis helped us girls out on getting our fire fully going. We can’t wait to come back and be able to explore more."
