The solid hemlock beams and knotty pine paneling complement the massive stone fireplaces in historic DuPont Lodge, one of the most beautiful state park lodges. Fifty-one rooms offer beautiful views and full amenities including interior corridors. Relax on the beautiful, large observation deck overlooking the Cumberland River winding through the hillside. Or, if you prefer a little more space, stay in a Woodland Room or a cottage. Enjoy the great outdoors in the campground, featuring 50 campsites with electric and water hookups. The Itinerary:
🔥 Friday (8:00 PM – 9:30 PM): Welcome intros & bonfire s'mores.
🎨 Saturday (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM): A packed day of activities including archery, guided hikes, painting, forest therapy, horseback riding, bonfires, grilling out, & sound meditation.

We are seeking highly experienced and already Deep-Water Lifeguard Certified individuals to fill the Lifeguard positions at Cumberland Falls State Resort Park for the 2026 season. This is a seasonal position that will run until September 7th, 2026.
Pay is $12.00 an hour. Ages 17 and up are allowed to apply.
Lifeguard Duties:
- Show up on time and be positive - Opening and Closing duties - Assist in scheduling/finding coverage - Maintenance/upkeep of property, & daily towel exchange
- Enforcing rules
- Ensuring public safety/ First aid/CPR - Activate Emergency Action Plan when needed (fill out reports) - Make our pool a fun and safe environment for the public!
