🍂 Hello, Fall! 🍂

Now that the busy summer season is over, it’s the perfect time to give your beach rental the attention it needs.

At Short Term Stayzzz, our fall property check includes a detailed inspection with photos, so owners can see their property's condition—not just receive a checklist saying it was completed.

Our fall inspection covers:

🏠 Roof, siding, decks, stairs and railings
❄️ HVAC system, air filters and visible salt-air corrosion
💧 Plumbing, drains, water heaters and signs of leaks or moisture
🔥 Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, batteries and fire extinguishers
🚪 Doors, locks, windows, weather stripping and exterior lighting
🛋️ Furniture, mattresses, appliances and guest amenities
🧹 A full deep-cleaning assessment, including areas missed during regular turnovers
📸 Photos of concerns, damage and recommended repairs

Beach properties face constant exposure to salt, sand, humidity and heavy guest use. Catching small problems during the slower season can help prevent expensive repairs and unexpected guest issues later.

A successful rental doesn’t just need bookings—it needs the right team protecting the property behind the scenes.
