IMPORTANT RESERVATION POLICY REMINDER
As we enter our peak Color Tour season, we want to remind everyone of our reservation policy.
A valid credit card MUST be attached to your reservation in order for a room to be considered booked and confirmed.
Every reservation that is properly completed will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email from us, you do not have a confirmed reservation.
We have recently had several guests arrive and tell us:
“I called a few weeks ago and they took my name down.”
Unfortunately, we do not operate reservations this way. During our busiest time of year, we cannot hold rooms based solely on a name or a phone conversation.
To avoid any confusion or disappointment upon arrival, please make sure you have:
✅ A valid credit card attached to your reservation
✅ A reservation confirmation email from us
No confirmation email = No confirmed reservation.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but with limited rooms and extremely high demand during Color Tour season, we must follow this policy consistently and fairly for all of our guests.
