It’s hard to say what makes a classic, but one thing is for sure: you’ll want to enjoy this week’s pizza special over and over again - and we think it gets better every time. The “Grape Expectations” pizza is a light and summery medley, featuring an olive oil base with roasted grapes, lemon ricotta, burrata, and prosciutto.
