What followed was months of restoration, countless decisions, and a commitment to honoring what was already here rather than simply making it new.

It was wonderful to see the rooms filled with conversation again.

For months, these spaces echoed with the sounds of restoration. Last week, they echoed with laughter, stories, and neighbors reconnecting inside The Fairhope Hotel.

That's always been the goal. Not simply to restore a historic building, but to create a place where people gather, linger, and make memories together.

Seeing that vision come to life was one of the most rewarding moments of our grand opening.

Looking around at this moment, we couldn't agree more.

The ribbon has been cut, the doors are open, and The Fairhope Hotel is once again welcoming guests after a thoughtful restoration of this historic landmark.

There’s something special about a room that feels both timeless and welcoming.

Fairhope’s oldest hotel is welcoming guests once again.

We were honored to have WKRG News 5 join us for the ribbon cutting and share the story of The Fairhope Hotel’s return.

Originally built in 1925, this building has been part of Fairhope for more than a century. Restoring it has meant carefully bringing it back to life while holding onto the history and character that made it worth saving in the first place.

Seeing our family, friends, community leaders, and so many people who have supported this project gathered together to celebrate its reopening was incredibly special.

Thank you to WKRG News 5 for helping us share this milestone and the story behind The Fairhope Hotel. We’re so happy to have the doors open again.
