The Fall River Lodge of Elks #118 Drug Awareness Program (DAP) is working hard this week! They’re making the rounds in our community with Dr. Heather DiBlasi.

Check out this FREE workshop being held at Calvary Cares at the Calvary Pentecostal Church in East Freetown! Our #118 DAP crew will be there with Dr. Heather!

A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR OUR COMMUNITY!

We’re excited to share that Dr. Heather DiBlasi is returning to the Freetown community for a FREE Community Outreach Workshop tomorrow, Friday, October 30, 2026!

Dr. DiBlasi is an Addiction Psychologist, National Speaker, and Author dedicated to helping individuals, families, and communities make informed decisions about substance use and behavioral health.

Through her Dr. Heather Talks presentations, she brings an approachable, interactive style to important conversations surrounding addiction, mental health, stress, va**ng, alcohol, cannabis, gambling, gaming, social media, and healthy decision-making.

In October 2024, the Freetown Police Association partnered with the Fall River Lodge of Elks #118 to bring Dr. DiBlasi to our community for a presentation in the FPD Community Room. It was a wonderful opportunity to bring awareness and education to these important issues.

This year, we’re pleased to see Dr. DiBlasi returning as Calvary Cares at Calvary Pentecostal Church hosts a FREE workshop for our community!

📅 Friday, October 30, 2026

📍 Calvary Pentecostal Church
33 Braley Road, East Freetown, MA

🕤 9:30 AM – Refreshments and networking
🕙 10:00 AM – Dr. Heather DiBlasi’s presentation
🍝 FREE Italian luncheon following the presentation and Q&A.

Everyone is welcome, and there is NO COST to attend!

We encourage our friends, neighbors, parents, caregivers, and community members to stop by and take advantage of this opportunity to hear from Dr. DiBlasi.

As Dr. Heather reminds us, “One Good Decision Can Change Your Life!”

For more information about Dr. DiBlasi, visit her website (link in comments).

Thank you to Rev. Curtis Dias, Calvary Cares, Calvary Pentecostal Church, and the Fall River Elks Lodge #118 Drug Awareness Program for their continued commitment to educating and supporting our community!
