The most important part of a hospitality business is the people on your team, and finding people who love what they do, are committed to excellence, AND want to stick around is not always easy.

We are so grateful to have found Connie Pahl 40 years ago today when she was just a teenager and started at the White Gull. And by “we” I mean my parents because I was 8 and Connie was also my babysitter at the time.🤣

Connie, you are a such big part of the heart and soul of the White Gull and we couldn’t do this without you. Congratulations and 🍻 cheers to many more!💗

You can hardly tell this was 35 years ago!🤣 We still use the building stencil logo designed by artist and friend, Carol Williams, on many of our gift items, but unfortunately, the turtleneck nightgowns have been lost to history.
