🍁✨️ I ventured down this dirt road along Hwy. 9 today and stumbled upon another good fishing spot near Eden! There's a large flat sandy area to leave vehicles parked while you float or kayak down the river. You can even test your skills by taking a kayak down the lower loop into Great Falls to ride the rapids.

✨️🍂 We've even made things a bit easier, when you book your next camping trip in Eden, we take care of getting you back to your vehicle with shuttle services so you don't have to mess with staging vehicles. That means more time to do what you enjoy ☺️

🔥 We're keeping at least one of the camping grills warm between guests, it works wonderfully with a cast iron skillet...you can makes some really good burgers!

✨️ I went the healthy route tonight by switching the bread out for grilled sweet potato slices. We kept the tomatoes, onion and chipotle sauce. It was messy but worth it! I think everything tastes better when it's cooked over wood.

✨️️ This crisp autumn air has me grabbing my softest flannel and an extra cup of coffee to take with me to Springs Park. It's always been a quiet spot to build a small fire and catch a few fish. I'm happy to see the waters back to a normal level.

🌙✨️ The moon lastnight was so bright that the chicken coup had a shadow. It was pitch black but the entire pasture was lit by moonlight. I was able to clearly see the deer grazing along the woodline.

🔥✨️ Theres going to be fog mixed with campfire smoke across the field in the morning because we have two fires burning out here tonight.

️🍂✨️ Today I found myself at Mungo Farms Meat Co. They have a lage variety of fresh meats, cheeses, honey, milk and so much more with lower prices and better food than you'd find at the chain stores.

🍎✨ As I was paying the lady at the front told me about Rich Hill Farms ️for fruits, veggies, Amish butter...and lots of other homemade treats. It was less than a minute down the road from Mungo farms and had tons of pumpkins, mums, jellies and jams. It was a cool place to spend some time and in return we left with steaks, roast, and tomatoes that you have to hold with two hands.

🍓✨️ Needless to say we will be back and with it being a 20 minute drive thru the country from Eden, I'll add the info for both places in our guide book for you to enjoy during your next stay here.

🌟 Its a pretty grey day around here. We're blessed to have the rain filling up the creek again tho! It was getting low, and now It sounds like a waterfall currently 😊

🌟 I'm happy as long as there's enough water flowing thru the creek for the animals to drink and enough pressure behind it to keep it moving because the sound of it running over the edge of the fallen trees is pretty soothing.
