Offering a stunning pool, just feet from the Mickelson bike trail and endless ATV trails. Welcome to Sam's cabin (Selmer and Mary's) built by our parents. All the family enjoys this beautiful cabin but we also rent the it 12 months a year through High Country Guest Ranch. This is a gift our parents gave us and we would like to share this gift with you! The cabin is centrally located in the Black Hills by Hill City. It's close to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse and the Mickelson Bike Trail runs through the property. At night open the back windows and listen to the water babbling in the creek. You have never seen as many stars in the sky as you will at night in the Black Hills, just step out on the deck and be amazed! Description:
3 Finished floors

Outside: Front and back decks, gas grill & fire pit. Small creek off back yard. Loft: two queen beds, living area, small deck, bathroom with shower. Main Floor: Living room with rock fireplace, TV and DirecTV (but you can leave it off), dining room, kitchen, private bedroom w/queen, bathroom w/shower, large deck with grill. Kitchen fully stocked with dishwasher. Basement: pool table, 2 bedrooms /w queen, each bedroom has sliding glass walkout to back yard, bathroom with jacuzzi tub. We also provide a free 50amp nema 14-50 outlet outside for EV or RV charging.
