Kamaole Sands is South Kihei’s largest premiere property with 15 acres of meandering paths with fountains, ponds and resort amenities including huge pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi’s, gym, rec area, tennis & pickleball and multiple grilling areas with huge gas grills, tables and prep areas. Condos range from 1-3 bathrooms all with 2 baths and private lanais.
Ideal location / located in the ❤️of the island making it the perfect home base for all your Maui adventures. Located directly across from
Kamaole Beach III -one of BEST SWIMMABLE BEACHES on Maui with a huge park and lifeguards (a big deal). From our front door to the waters edge is less than a 3 minute walk! Our location is WALKABLE to several beaches, boat ramp and to many eateries and shopping. We’re 20 minutes from the airport and big box stores.
Our privately owned condos are updated and professionally decorated -not a barren hotel room rather a home away from home just Hawaiian style! Split AC systems throughout to keep you cool and comfortable when the trades aren’t blowing. We own 1&2 bedroom units - both in Building 10 (most requested & closest to the ocean) - We can accommodate 4 people in the 1 bedroom (Murphy bed) and 6 people in our huge 2 + bedroom that has a King, 2 twins and a Queen Murphy bed in the family room that closes off to become bedroom #3.

We live on Maui - Upcountry - and own two beautiful 1 & 2 bedroom condos with ocean views at the beautiful Kamaole Sands Resort in South Kihei. We rent OWNER DIRECT - what does that mean? Well when you call us you are actually talking to an owner - not a broker, rental agency or 3rd party affiliation - all of those people add fees to the price of the rental - so booking OWNER DIRECT

A Brown Water Advisory has been issued for the Island of Maui

The Hawaii Department of Health advises beach users to stay out of waters when the water appears brown or murky, especially following storms or heavy rain. After storms or heavy rain, the water may contain higher than normal pollutant levels. The Department recommends staying out of the water for 48-72 hours after the rain has stopped and after the beach has received full sunshine.

The Department of Health advises the public to avoid swimming, wading in, or drinking water from any freshwater streams or pond to prevent leptospirosis, a bacterial infection caused by the Leptospira bacteria.
