☀️ We're wrapping up our best year ever thanks to you guys! We only have three openings between now and Spring 2027. As a show of our appreciation, we're offering some great deals to our Facebook followers and friends.

🗓️ Oct 17–18 — two nights, a Saturday and a Sunday. A gap between two back-to-back bookings. Message me for the rate and 15% off.

🗓️ Nov 30 through Dec 12 — twelve nights. PCB in early December averages a high around 63°F — cool enough to actually use the beach without fighting for a chair. The house sleeps 8 (10 using the sleeper sofa). Three bedrooms, beachfront, no platform fees. Take all 12 nights for a 25% discount or 20% discount for three days or more.

🗓️ Jan 2 through Jan 17 — two weeks. Highs around 60°F. The Gulf is quiet. A good way to try a longer winter stay before committing to a full season. Offering a 25% discount if you take all of the dates, or 20% discount for 3 or more nights.

💰 No booking fees ever when booking direct with me; and we cover cleaning, damage protection and taxes for stays of 5 nights or more.

Lotts of Sun is having its best year ever, and that is entirely down to the guests who keep coming back over and over, and telling their friends. Thank you - sincerely!

The flip side of a year like this: there's almost nothing left. Between now and March 2027 we have exactly three openings.

Come stay at our retro beach cottage on the far west end of Panama City Beach. Morning coffee and evening drinks on the back patio, waves breaking, sunsets over the Gulf, dolphins passing by. No high-rise condos, no crowds — just a quiet beach in the backyard. And still only 5 minutes east of the 30A restaurants and 10 minutes west of Pier Park. PCB the way it used to be.

• Nov 30 – Dec 11 · twelve nights. December on this beach is a different thing altogether. Highs average near 63°F, the sand is empty for miles, and the dolphins are still working the sandbar most mornings. Take the whole stretch or a few nights of it. (10% Facebook discount)

• Jan 2 – Jan 16, 2027 · two weeks. Start the year with the beach outside the door. If you've been thinking about a longer winter down here but never pulled the trigger, this is a good way to try it before committing to a full season. (15% Facebook discount)
