The Bee’s Knees has been a classic since the Prohibition era. This September, we’re giving it a Greystone twist for National Honey Month with a flight of three distinct takes on the cocktail.

The Classic pairs Bombay Gin with fresh lemon and honey, while Hot Honey brings Espolòn Blanco Tequila together with lemon and Ancho Chili Honey. Bee’s in the Cap takes a tropical turn with Leblon Cachaça, lemon-lime and a honey sugar rim.
