Palmerosa Campground Update

We’ve received several questions because of the recent heavy rain and flooding reported in parts of the Hocking Hills area.

Palmerosa Campground is on higher ground and did not flood. We are open and operating normally.

We have had a lot of rain, so some areas are naturally wet, but our campground, roads, and camping areas remain accessible.

We know there have been reports and photos of flooding at other locations in the area, but those conditions do not reflect what is happening here at Palmerosa.

🌲You don’t have to camp the same way on the same campsite to camp together here and that’s the beauty of Palmerosa!

Like guests in site #10, some choose to sleep in the comfort of an RV while others wouldn’t trade camping in a tent for the world! The best memories are sometimes made sharing a campsite together around the same campfire and filling your adventure with laughter! 🏕️🪵🔥

At Palmerosa - everyone belongs and there’s room for every camping style, because together is what matters most!
