""First time visiting your establishment. I was very impressed with the outer appearance of the grounds which was beautiful and well kept. The inside of the hotel was very clean with the inside decor being very nice and comfortable. The front desk staff was very welcoming and professional answering all of our questions and explaining our bill and where to find our rooms and other amenities in the hotel and on the grounds. Housekeeping Staff did an excellent job cleaning our room and bringing us an extra blanket when requested. Check out was a breeze and the staff asked us if we enjoyed our stay and thanked us for choosing National Hotel and Conference Center (Rebranded to The Ohioan Hotel & Event Center). I will definitely be staying at this establishment again when in the area for business or leisure."""

"My family and I enjoyed another great stay here! The renovated rooms are beautiful!! Bathrooms are modern and so clean. Rooms felt more spacious, too. The construction wasn’t a problem at all- we can’t wait to see it all finished! This hotel has so much to offer and we appreciate all of the improvements. The hot breakfast is always fantastic and location is perfect. We look forward to our next stay!"
