This month, every Cliffhanger supports two groups that are always ready when it counts. Emergency Volunteer Corps of Nehalem Bay, who help our coast prepare for emergencies. And South Pacific County Technical Rescue, the all-volunteer team behind cliff and surf rescues on the Long Beach Peninsula. 🛟
