Culinary Institute of America trained, ten years in Chicago alongside Michelin-starred and James Beard–recognized chefs, and most recently cooking at Fable Farm Fermentory. Stick season is when Ludlow goes quiet. The foliage crowds head home, and the mountain hasn’t opened yet. This year we’re keeping the porch light on for our neighbors and for anyone passing through between peak color and first chair.

Colder air is here. Come in and warm up. House-made fettuccine with slow-braised beef, kale, and roasted delicata, folded into a creamy braising jus. Peperoncini for a little warmth at the back of each bite. Parmesan over the top.
