Last Thursday, we celebrated 20 years of Popsugar (Popsugar) atop The Penthouse, with sweeping NYC views setting the scene for a very Y2K birthday bash. Aughts Effect cover star and legendary Wildcat Monique Coleman (Monique Coleman) joined the party, alongside Taryn Delanie Smith (Taryn Delanie), Kaylor Martin (kaylor), Azzy Milan (Azaryah Milan), and more.

Think nostalgic photo strips, a DJ spinning iconic throwbacks, themed cocktails, and enough Y2K energy to make us want to dig out our old sidekicks.

What a turnout.❤️ Mr. Mickey’s Annual Charity Sale brought another incredible weekend of shopping, community, and giving back to our doorstep. Together, we raised more than $30,000 for CITTA (CITTA), supporting its work to improve access to healthcare, education, and economic opportunity in underserved communities across India and Nepal.

The weekend kicked off with a VIP pre-shopping event at Cuna (Cuna NYC) before moving next door to Cuna Bar & Lounge, where racks of vintage treasures, designer finds, and beloved oddities drew a steady stream of shoppers all weekend long. Curated by New York icon and PAPER Magazine (Paper Magazine) Editorial Director Mickey Boardman (Mickey Boardman), the sale featured pieces donated by friends from across his creative and fashion circles, all marked well below their original retail price. (We’re still thinking about whoever snagged the red Chanel... peep the last slide 👀)

There’s something very New York about turning decades of fabulous finds into $30,000 for charity. From fashion insiders and longtime friends to neighborhood regulars and curious passersby, the sale brought together exactly the kind of crowd that makes weekends in the East Village so special. ✨

This is what chasing the sun looks like. ☀️The Garden came alive this weekend as we kicked off our summer takeover with YINKA ILORI. DJs set the soundtrack, Veuve Clicquot Official flowed, and guests gathered over refreshing seasonal favorites—all against a backdrop of warmth, color, and community.
From Sunset Palomas and Rich Rosé Spritzes to golden fries, chilled shrimp, juicy summer tomatoes, grilled peaches, and more, the first weekend offered a taste of the season ahead. The Garden buzzed with golden-hour energy and the unmistakable joy at the heart of Yinka’s vibrant world.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the opening weekend of Chasing The Sun. Here’s to more music, more sunshine, and plenty more golden hours.
