Fall belongs to the dogs around here.
From now through April, a leashed dog is welcome on the sand at any hour in both Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. Firm sand at low tide, 68 degrees at eight in the morning, and a patio at Molly Darcy's or Flynn's waiting when you're done.
One thing folks get wrong every September: off-season means off-hours, not off-leash. The leash law never takes a break. Seven feet or shorter, all year.
