We’re Dawn and Pete, and we purchased Sandy Toes Retreat as our little slice of heaven on earth — the beach. Whether it’s sunshine, salty air, or slow mornings with coffee on the patio, this place is our happy spot, and we’re excited to share it with you. Sandy Toes Retreat

is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome located in a quiet, gated community just a short walk from the beach. Guests love the peaceful atmosphere and the amenities right outside the door — including a pool, tennis courts, and a basketball court. Inside, the home is fully equipped for a stress-free getaway. We’ve stocked everything from kitchen essentials to linens, plus all the beach must-haves: chairs, an umbrella, towels, and toys for the kiddos. One of our favorite things about this location is the convenience — you’re within walking distance to several grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and bars, making it easy to enjoy a great meal or grab anything you need without ever getting in the car.
