Pagosa Springs has been short snow this year, as well as other places. Today, we are getting much needed snow. Thankful for any amount of moisture. Wolf Creek has had 5” of new snow this morning. Love this little slice of paradise.@

This morning after a night of off and on rain. We have had over 3” of rain in the last 24 hours. Downtown is flooding and 160 is closed. Rain was needed, just not the flooding. Prayers for Pagosa Springs, business’ and the residents affected by the floods.

Posted last night - the Hot Springs were under water. We are not out of the woods yet, more rain in the forecast. Pray for those who were displaced and for businesses that were affected by this rain. Last look, the flow was over 7500 cfs, that is a lot of water at a fast flow. For all my TX folllowers, this rain was no where close to the July 4th rains we received, it just rained in all the right areas to flow into the San Juan. Prayers!

Have not posted in awhile, so here are a few pics. Got here, no snow, then snow, snow melt, more snow! Roller coaster ride but have so enjoyed the beauty and the cooler temps.
