This colorful, classic beach 3 bedroom and 2 full bath home on a corner lot is just a block away from beach access at Rick Seltzer state park. Tiki hut & lounge area with a colorful pool make this the perfect backdrop for beach nights. Full home access with additional parking areas for RV/Trailer/Boat. The primary bedroom with a king bed and private bath only accessible through this bedroom. Two additional bedrooms one with 2 double beds and one with queen bed. All bedrooms have new hybrid mattresses for comfort. Open kitchen with large dining table overlooking the living room and pool area.

We thought it was time to introduce the family behind Salty Sunsets! Meet Jennifer & Terry Deerman and their two kids, Savanah and Sawyer.

The Deerman family is from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and recently became the new owners of Salty Sunsets in Panama City Beach. They’re excited to continue the story of this special beach home and welcome families from near and far to make their own memories here.

As a family, they love spending time together and enjoying everything the beach has to offer. They hope Salty Sunsets can be a place where guests can slow down, spend quality time together, and leave with plenty of good memories.

They’re so excited for this new chapter and can’t wait to share Salty Sunsets with you!
