Following a string of sold-out dinners, Chef de Cuisine Wells Selbe's collaboration wine dinner series returns to The Regency Room with Summer in Tuscany Wine Dinner at The Hotel Roanoke , an unforgettable journey inspired by the flavors and traditions of Italy.

On Thursday, June 25, we are honored to welcome Chef Bryn McDaniel of Kind Baking Co. for a thoughtfully curated five-course dining experience celebrating the bounty of an Italian summer.

Working alongside The Hotel Roanoke culinary team, Chef McDaniel has crafted a menu featuring zucchini blossoms, heirloom tomatoes, handmade pappardelle, roasted guinea fowl, and an elegant olive oil cake with fresh summer fruit. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines.

This special evening continues our commitment to partnering with talented local chefs to create unique culinary experiences that celebrate creativity, collaboration, and Virginia Blue Ridge's remarkable food community.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who joined us and made the evening so special. Your continued support of these culinary experiences means the world to our team and helps create nights we will long remember.

Special thanks to Chef Robert Obst of Fire and Fork Fine Meats & Seafood for sharing his remarkable talent and passion for coastal cuisine, as well as Andrew Murray for helping bring the evening to life alongside our talented Regency Room culinary and service teams. From the first course to the final pour, it was a beautiful collaboration filled with creativity, craftsmanship, and flavor.
