We now have working elevators in both buildings😁 and the beginnings of landscaping close to the entrance of our complex along West Gulf Dr. Great summer specials still being offered until the pool is complete! Great deal for those visitors who love the beach and won't miss the pool .

In honor of Earth Day, I would like to highlight
The Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation. SCCF plays a critical role in protecting the natural ecosystems of Sanibel Island by preserving land, restoring habitats, and conducting research on local wildlife. Their efforts help maintain critical environments like mangroves and wetlands, which support a wide variety of birds, fish, and other species—especially migratory birds that rely on the island as a stop along their journey. One remarkable fact many people may not know is that SCCF has protected over half of Sanibel Island from development, helping keep it one of the most naturally preserved barrier islands in the country. https://sccf.org Enjoy these photos we took at Sand Pointe and nearby!
