Part-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor & Bartender

Boutique Hotel | Events & Hospitality

Do you love hospitality, enjoy leading a team, and have a knack for keeping multiple operations organized? We’re looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Leader & Bartender to help oversee bar service, food and beverage inventory, purchasing, and events at our boutique hotel.
This part-time role is perfect for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys a mix of bartending, team leadership, and behind-the-scenes organization.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate food and beverage needs for events and special functions.
Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure smooth event ex*****on and seamless guest experiences.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and responsible alcohol service.
Supervise and support bartenders, ensuring excellent service and consistent standards.
Establish and maintain bar setup, opening, closing, stocking, and cleaning procedures.
Bartend and oversee beverage service for hotel guests and private events.
Manage food, beverage, and bar inventory, including ordering, purchasing, receiving, and stock rotation.
Monitor costs, minimize waste, and maintain accurate inventory records.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality supervision and bartending.
Strong organizational skills and experience with inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
Ability to lead a team, establish procedures, and work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Availability for a part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and events.

Event - Internal Venue Coordinator Part-time- Hospitality
Job description

We are looking for a competent Part-time Event Venue Coordinator to execute and organize events that will have a hospitality impact on our clients. You’ll ensure events are successfully executed from beginning to end paying attention to detail. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the outstanding organizational skills required not to leave anything about an event to chance.

Responsibilities
• Execute events from start to finish day of event working with the Bar Team, Hotel Leader, Vendors, Facilities Team, and Floor Staff
• Follow contracts, floorplans, instructions, and directives to execute a successful event including but not limited to set up and break down
• Follow safety rules and ensure adherence
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate operations reporting all details daily to leadership
• Approve and inspect all aspects before the day of the event
• Ensure event is completed smoothly, step up to break down to resolve any problems that might occur
• Report the event’s success and prepare all corresponding reports from all software to upper management

Skills
• Proven experience as a project or event coordinator
• Knowledge of basic sound audio and visual tech
• Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office, Excel, POS systems, all Event, POS, and Hotel Software
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, ability to interact with clients
• Excellent organizational skills
• A knack for problem-solving
• Customer-service orientation
• A team player with leadership skills
• Accounting and reporting skills preferred

Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
Must be able to climb flights of stairs
Must be able to bend, squat, reach, and lift up to 50-75 lbs
Must be able to work extended hours per day
Must have a flexible work schedule

Part-time nights, weekends, some days and holidays
