When’s dinner???!!!! Good lord!

The usual weirdos were mad at for hunting her own food and securing her personal best Bahamian bug - that’s a nice lobster right there! Give her your thoughts!

Late August in Alaska is such a funny time of year.

It can be sunny, warm, and absolutely gorgeous outside, and somehow the conversation still turns immediately to firewood, heating fuel, tires, and how ready everyone is for winter. 😂

Because around here, enjoying summer and mentally preparing for the next season definitely happen at the exact same time. If you know, you know. 🤪

IT’S BACK!!! 💚✨ Aurora season has officially returned to Alaska and I am ridiculously excited about it!

After months of bright summer nights, seeing those green ribbons dancing across the sky again this past weekend felt SO GOOD.

Of course, this also means the return of checking the sky at midnight, running outside half dressed, and telling myself, “I’ll only stay out for five minutes.” 😂

Welcome back, aurora nights. We missed you! 💚
