TERLINGUA RANCH PROPERTY OWNERS' POTLUCK: Join your friends and neighbors on Monday, November 2nd, 6:00 pm, at the Bunkhouse for our monthly potluck. It will be an evening of great fun as we will be amazed at a MAGIC show by Brad and Georgeanne. Following the potluck, Starry Night Ranch will host a FREE STAR PARTY for property owners from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. For the star party, please bring a chair and a red light if you have one. The ranch will provide plates, cutlery, iced tea and water. Please bring a covered dish to share. For more information, call Marilynn at 512.484.1409. See you there!

☀️ Pool Season is Coming to an End!

As the cooler weather rolls in, pool season is coming to a close! Saturday, October 31st will be the last day to take a dip until spring of 2027.

Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed the pool this year! We look forward to seeing you back in the water when the pool reopens in March!

The weather is cooling off, but we are heating up!

Busy season is coming, and we’re hiring for several positions around the Ranch.

Housekeeper – Keeping guest rooms and common areas clean and ready for guests.

Part-Time Front Desk – Reservations, check-ins, guest questions, phones, and helping with the everyday activity at the Lodge.

Line Cook – Bad Rabbit Cafe– Food prep, cooking, and keeping things moving in the kitchen.

Swamper – Road Crew – Working alongside our equipment operators on road maintenance and projects throughout the Ranch.

Experience is preferred for some positions, but we’re also willing to train the right people. Hours and schedules vary by position.

2027 POATRI BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION

The application period for the 2027 POATRI Board of Directors Election is now open.

There will be six Director vacancies for the 2027 election. Members who are interested in serving on the Board are encouraged to review the requirements and submit an application.

Qualifications and responsibilities can be found in the POATRI Bylaws, Articles 4.04 and 4.06.

🍂 The temperatures may not know it yet, but fall is on its way!

As people start returning to the Ranch, we’ve extended the Front Office hours to 8 AM–7 PM daily.

We’re looking forward to cooler days and seeing everyone around the Ranch this fall!
