Villa Thandawena named best in South Africa

On Friday 28 August, at the Africa Gala Dinner held in Zanzibar, Villa Thandawena was named South Africa’s Leading Luxury Safari Villa 2026. Villa Thandawena is the flagship of The Royal Thanda Club Estate, situated in the celebrated Thanda Safari Big Five Private Game Reserve in northern KwaZulu-Natal.
To receive this recognition is an incredible honour, and to be acknowledged alongside some of Africa’s most exceptional safari villas, makes it even more meaningful. It is a reflection of the vision, care and attention to detail that goes into creating an exceptional property and unforgettable experience.
