Our 130 hectare farm is a beautiful hide-away located in the upper Dargle. We are an accessible, nateral garden in the South African landscape away from city rush lifestyle. The night sky as clear as your happiest memories. And to be part of a Family that will always be here for you.

40 of these hectares is made up of natural indigenous forest, where one of the inhabitants is the rare Tree Hyrax.

You may be lucky to hear its distinctive call at night. The balance is made up by the mountain and cliff faces, natural perennial and non-perennial streams as well as grasslands. There are a number of walks marked out on the farm, which will take you through the indigenous forests and across the farm up to the Summit. Accommodation is offered on a self-catering basis, in comfortable cottages, cabins and a century old farmhouse. Linen and towels are supplied for all the units. Camping facilities are also available in a beautiful camping ground, some with electrical points. We are also Fur-Friendly as well as have a Sunday Service every Sunday.

We have several hiking trails on the farm, each one exploring our beautiful, natural landscapes. Including forests, grasslands, streams, waterfalls, lookouts, plateaus and mountain summits ⛰️

All information, distances, photos and routes can be found and downloaded as a pdf on our website under Activities.

We have a range of trail options to suit all fitness levels and requirements. Kids of all ages and dogs welcome 🐾

We also have an on-site restaurant for a quick brekkie, lunch or cold beverage after your hike!

Please check in at reception if you are a day visitor as our trails include a small fee 🚨
