Produced in Tasmania by me, a chef, recipe developer, food stylist and photographer. My award-winning cookbooks are full of food you’ll actually cook, from weeknight dinners and school lunchbox ideas to fresh Tasmanian seafood and local produce. They include a few of our bistro's most popular recipes, including the fish chowder in Seafood Everyday. We hear all the time about the importance of getting more people home cooking. Some of the stats are nuts, but you don't need me to tell you the results of ultra-processed foods, the results are everywhere for us to find.
