Harry Potter fans! 🧙 Did you know Malfoy Manor is in Derbyshire? 🤩🎬

The impressive Hardwick Hall near Chesterfield was transformed into Malfoy Manor in ‘The Deathly Hallows’ Harry Potter film 🏰✨

Built by Bess of Hardwick in the 1500s, this National Trust gem also doubled up as a royal palace for the ‘Mary Queen of Scots’ film starring Margot Robbie and Saoirse Ronan 👑

The hall is home to a unique collection of the finest 16th and early 17th-century needlework, furniture and original portraits, and is surrounded by acres of beautiful parkland 🌿

A lovely couple from Italy booked with us last night, literally last minute! They've had a wonderful road trip Up North and were travelling back down the motorway on their way home. We said, are you visiting Bolsover Castle? Their reply was "is it worth it?" ??? Absolutely! So they're off to see our Castle this morning and taking their memories back to beautiful Tuscany 😍
