We want to wish the best of luck for this weekend! 🏋️

is competing as an u82 althlete in the pro strongman league at Virginia beach 🇺🇸

She is currently Englands natural strongest U82 and europes 3rd, how amazing!! 💪🏼

She has a local connection to us at the oaks and she used to run her adventure fitness trails and 10k run from our estate!

Go and smash it Emma, we are all behind you 🙌🏻
