If we’re really honest, we love this time of year. 🫶
With the summer season finally over (it was nuts right 😳), it allows us time to catch our breath and take the opportunity to cozy up our cottages ready for those cooler months.

The seasonal colour changes, those spectacular sunsets, the quieter country lanes and fells, the inviting village cafes and pubs and not forgetting having that ‘home from home’ place to retreat to and unwind.

_ Schools are back…

but summer isn’t quite finished yet! ☀️

Which means September is the perfect excuse for a little “just one more getaway”…
While everyone else is getting back into the school-run routine, there’s still time to sneak away to the while it’s a little quieter — fewer crowds, shorter queues, peaceful walks, cosy cafés and those gorgeous late-summer days that make you want to stay outside just a bit longer. 🌿🥾

Remember, Summer officially hangs around until later this month…
