We are a Small scale quiet campsite that is big on hospitality and looking after our campers in a refreshingly laidback way. With a shared kitchen and lounge.

Just 8 easily accessible pitches in 8.5 acres of orchard and meadow.

We left Old Bidlake and our campers in the capable hand of friends to come and visit Hannah at the school of traditional arts. Creativity not only runs in the family, we tend to get a lot of creatives staying at the campsite. Artists, illustrators, upholsters, quilters. It will be so lovely seeing where the next couple of years takes Hannah.

Bridport is the the perfect destination for our guests at this time of year. Spending the morning wondering around the market and fabulous shops. then a coffee at one of the many fine cafes. Then back to the campsite to relax around the campfire. Open until the end of October if you fancy it. Link in bio

So the harvesting and bottling was the easy bit. However, the cream tea was a lot harder…what goes first the cream or the jam?
