To all our accommodation customers,
Please be aware of a worldwide phishing scam going around at the moment affecting booking.com, eviivo, and many other holiday booking platforms. We have had reports of customers receiving WhatsApp messages with payment links asking to confirm bookings. We will NEVER contact you via WhatsApp. We only take payments in house using our card machines. Please be on alert and let us know of any suspicious messages so we can pass it on to the relevant people. Yesterday we started contacting all our guests with upcoming stays, so you may receive a call or voicemail from us. Apologies for all the inconvenience. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
