Relax at "Collie Cottage" - The Bay, Filey

13/10/2026

After 12 amazing years and creating so many happy memories, we have put our holiday home on the market. The Bay is in a fantastic location and a brilliant site, and our cottage which we have owned from new, has been loved and looked after, initially as our holiday home, sharing with friends and family, and then as a successful holiday let business.

We are still taking bookings for up to 3 months in advance, and although fully booked for most of October and Christmas and New Year, we still have availability in November and December.

We've had some lovely guests stay this summer, here's some of their reviews:

Another lovely stay at Collie Cottage, our third year on the bounce. It’s the finer touches that make us want to come back here and we arrived to find Heather had left us some biscuits and some colouring/craft things for the children.
Thank you again for another lovely stay here.

Beautiful property with everything we needed on hand.
Great location and easy to find.
Spotlessly clean throughout.
Excellent hosts with great communication.
We would definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
Thank you for having us x

We have Tuesday 25th to Monday 28th September and Monday 12th to Monday 19th October available - minimum stay 2 nights, special discounts for 6 or more nights - message me for more information if interested - we look forward to welcoming you to our lovely cottage by the sea
