The property will be having a soft refurbishment and I will post pictures of the bedroom when it’s done over the next week.

It sleeps maximum of three people in one bedroom plus a travel cot in the lounge. We can arrange for an extra camp bed in the lounge also at an extra cost of £25 if you did need to accommodate four people. Absolute maximum is four people plus a Travel Cot. The property is spacious compared to caravans but please see the floor plan and measurements on this post for exact sizes.

It’s going to be a busy few weeks getting this place ready but I can’t wait to get stuck in.

The beds will be delivered on Thursday and the bedroom is getting decorated on Monday plus new electrics this weekend and new boiler next week, it’s all go! I’m hoping it will be ready by the end of June but I have given myself an extra weeks grace just in case. I did have a lot of enquiries for the beginning of July but I cannot confirm availability for these until the end of next week I’m afraid.

I got the keys for my new property in Filey today! I’m very excited as I offered in September and it’s taken some real determination to get this one over the line!

I will be giving this place a full makeover in October but until then I am looking to rent it out for a fraction of the price to help cover costs from July. Please share.

I’ve just ordered the bed today which can be 3 singles or one super king sleeping 3 in one bedroom. It will be the same model as Filey Beach House with the same beds, bedding etc. You know it will be super clean too as Bayside will be cleaning it!

The flat is second floor in a fantastic location on the crescent (No. 12) with a side sea view. It has lots of natural light and the main living area is south facing. It will be fabulous once it’s remodelled.

It’s perfectly liveable at the moment and will have a brand new boiler and electrics within the next two weeks.

For those of you who don’t know the Crescent it is one of the most popular places to stay in Filey centre right next to Crescent Gardens with fabulous sea views. It’s on the same level as the town so it’s very easy to access all of the facilities in Filey and just 200 metres down a path to the beach.

I’m looking at doing a minimum of a two night stay at £135 per night for July and guess what? I’m allowing one small DOG! Yes, you heard that right. One small dog subject to a small cleaning fee.

I am looking to buy another property in Filey very shortly and if that is able to complete then this place will be available in August too. If not then I will have this blocked out for the whole of August so I can go with my girls.
