🪽 There’s a new celebrity at Bailey’s Beach House… and Bailey is NOT impressed! 😂

Meet Stephen the Seagull 🐦 — our resident soft-toy superstar who has been getting a LOT of attention from guests at the beach house this summer! 📸❤️

Stephen has been posing for photos, making friends and generally enjoying his celebrity status… 🌊☀️

But there’s one little problem…

Bailey isn’t impressed. 🐶😤

After being the face of Bailey’s Beach House, he’s not particularly happy about being upstaged by a fluffy seagull! 😂

We think there might be a little jealousy going on… 👀

Who do you think is the bigger star — Stephen 🐦 or Bailey 🐶?

🐶 IMPORTANT PAWS ANNOUNCEMENT! 🐾

Hi hoomans… Bailey here! 👋

I’ve been checking my diary (and sniffing around the booking calendar 🐾), and it turns out my beach house is free from 7th–14th August! 🎉

That means one lucky family gets to enjoy:
🐾 Zoomies on Filey Beach
🌊 Salty sea air and long coastal walks
🏊 Splashing around in the indoor pool (that’s for you… not me, thanks!)
🧖 A relaxing sauna while I supervise from a safe distance
🍟 Fish & chips… and if you’re feeling generous, I won’t say no to a little taste! 👀

My house has everything you need for a brilliant week away:
🛏️ Sleeps up to 4
🐶 Dog friendly (obviously!)
⭐️ Lots of 5-star reviews from my previous guests
📍 Perfectly located at The Bay, Filey

I’ve made sure the sofas are extra comfy for afternoon naps (quality checked by yours truly 💤), and there are plenty of places nearby for walkies, treats and making unforgettable memories.

So… who’s bringing me some new furry friends to stay?

🐾 Paws crossed this week doesn’t stay empty for long!

Excuse me humans… I’ve been checking the diary (mainly because I thought it contained treats), and I’ve discovered we’ve got one final chance to enjoy summer by the sea!” 🐾🌊

Our last August availability at Bailey’s Beach House is here! 🏖️

If your idea of the perfect getaway includes…
🐕 Morning beach walks with your four-legged best friend.
🍦 Ice cream stops (I promise not to stare… much).
🍻 A relaxing pub lunch after exploring the Yorkshire coast.
🌅 Sunset strolls along Filey Bay.
😴 And returning to a cosy beach house for a well-earned afternoon nap (my speciality)…

…then I think I’ve found your next holiday! ❤️

August is one of the very best times to visit Filey. Not only do you get beautiful long summer days, but there’s loads happening nearby too!

🎉 What’s on this August:
🍴 Filey Food Festival (8th–9th August) – over 70 local food and drink stalls, artisan treats and plenty of delicious Yorkshire produce. I’ll be keeping my nose firmly pointed towards the sausage rolls!

🎶 Sunday Band Concerts at Filey Bandstand continue throughout the summer - perfect for grabbing an ice cream and enjoying a relaxing afternoon overlooking the sea.

🛍️ Filey Outdoor Market (7th August) is great for picking up unique gifts, local produce and handmade crafts.

🎸 Fancy an evening out? Scarborough Open Air Theatre is hosting big-name concerts throughout August, including Scissor Sisters, Hollywood Vampires and Nile Rodgers & CHIC—all just a short drive away.
