Bailey had a brilliant weekend at Bailey’s Beach House last week, the first all summer as we’ve been so Busy!

There really is something special about Filey in the autumn. Quieter beaches, crisp sea air, beautiful walks and plenty of dog-friendly places to explore. Explored beautiful flamborough head, Bridlington sea front and even had enough time for some cheeky fish n chips!

And if you’re looking for a Halloween half-term escape, we still have availability week commencing 24th October! 🎃👻

Hi hoomans… Bailey here! 👋

I’ve been checking my diary (and sniffing around the booking calendar 🐾), and it turns out my beach house is free from 7th–14th August! 🎉

That means one lucky family gets to enjoy:
🐾 Zoomies on Filey Beach
🌊 Salty sea air and long coastal walks
🏊 Splashing around in the indoor pool (that’s for you… not me, thanks!)
🧖 A relaxing sauna while I supervise from a safe distance
🍟 Fish & chips… and if you’re feeling generous, I won’t say no to a little taste! 👀

Excuse me humans… I’ve been checking the diary (mainly because I thought it contained treats), and I’ve discovered we’ve got one final chance to enjoy summer by the sea!” 🐾🌊

🍴 Filey Food Festival (8th–9th August) – over 70 local food and drink stalls, artisan treats and plenty of delicious Yorkshire produce. I’ll be keeping my nose firmly pointed towards the sausage rolls!

🎶 Sunday Band Concerts at Filey Bandstand continue throughout the summer - perfect for grabbing an ice cream and enjoying a relaxing afternoon overlooking the sea.

🛍️ Filey Outdoor Market (7th August) is great for picking up unique gifts, local produce and handmade crafts.

🎸 Fancy an evening out? Scarborough Open Air Theatre is hosting big-name concerts throughout August, including Scissor Sisters, Hollywood Vampires and Nile Rodgers & CHIC—all just a short drive away.

🏖️ Three months in… and we honestly couldn’t have wished for a better start! 🐾

When we launched Bailey’s Beach House, we simply hoped guests would love it as much as we do. Fast forward three months, and we’re incredibly grateful to say we’ve received ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ reviews across both Google and Facebook.

From families making special memories, to couples enjoying coastal escapes, to four-legged guests living their best beach life, it’s been amazing to welcome so many wonderful visitors.

A huge thank you to everyone who has stayed, left a review, shared a photo, recommended us to friends, or simply followed our journey. It really does mean the world to us.
