Scout leaders, we know the feeling. You've got a camp to organise, activities to arrange, equipment to think about and approximately 400 questions to answer. 😅

Planning a great weekend away should be exciting, not another full-time job.

At Raywell Park, you can bring your group together in the Yorkshire countryside, with a choice of accommodation and activities to build your programme around.

What's the biggest headache when organising your group's camp?

Tell us below. We'd love to hear what matters to you.

You've got one morning at Raywell Park and two adventures to choose from. Which are you heading for first? 🛷🔦

Option A: Race down the grass on a sledge, desperately hoping you're going in the right direction.

Option B: Squeeze through the twists and turns of our Cavebus and find out whether you're as brave as you think!

We're not saying you'll end up doing both. But we wouldn't be surprised. 😄

🎺🎃 WHAT A WEEKEND AT RAYWELL PARK! 🎃🎺

We thought we were welcoming a brass band for the weekend…

Turns out we were also hosting the Teletubbies, the cast of White Chicks, a banana and what looks like half the Halloween fancy dress department! 😂🍌

We’ve had the absolute pleasure of welcoming back The National Band of The Church Lads' & Church Girls' Brigade, who’ve been making themselves at home at Raywell Park all weekend!

And what a weekend they’ve had! 🎶

From fantastic music and rehearsals to some absolutely brilliant Halloween costumes, it’s safe to say they’ve brought plenty of life, laughter and colour to the site!

They’re genuinely one of our favourite groups to welcome back. Always a pleasure to have around, always making the most of their time here, and exactly the sort of people who make Raywell Park such a special place. 💚

A massive thank you to everyone involved. We hope you’ve had a fantastic weekend, and we can’t wait to welcome you all back again!

🎃 Now, we’ve got one VERY important question…

Looking at those Halloween costumes, who gets YOUR vote for best dressed?! 👀😂

We think the competition was pretty fierce!

👇 Let us know in the comments, and if you were there this weekend, share your favourite moments with us!

💚 Raywell Park. A place for adventures, friendships, music, memories and, apparently, an unexpected Teletubby invasion!

⛺ Team Tent or Team Proper Bed?

Some say it isn't a proper camp unless you wake up with a cold nose and spend ten minutes looking for your shoes.

Others reckon a warm building, a comfortable bed and a roof over your head are among life's greatest inventions. 😂

At Raywell Park, you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Camp under canvas or choose indoor accommodation while still enjoying everything the outdoors has to offer.

So, which team are you on? ⛺ or 🛏️

Climbing in the morning. A campfire in the evening. And a good night's sleep after a day packed with adventure. 🏕️🔥

Sounds like a pretty brilliant day to us!

But everyone has their own idea of the perfect camp.

Would yours involve scaling new heights, exploring the woods, trying something completely new, or simply sitting around a campfire with friends?

Describe your perfect camp day in just THREE emojis. 👇

🚒 JUST ANOTHER PERFECTLY NORMAL DAY AT RAYWELL PARK… 😂

A fire engine in the car park? 🚒
Someone receiving first aid on the pavement? 🩹
An army of people in high-vis marching across the site? 🦺

Yep. All perfectly normal sights at Raywell Park! 😂

You never quite know what you're going to find happening around the next corner!

One day it's a peaceful campsite surrounded by woodland. The next, there's a fire engine, a first aid scenario or a small crowd in fluorescent jackets heading off on an adventure!

And that's exactly what we love about Raywell. 💜

We're so much more than somewhere to pitch a tent. We're a place where people come together, learn new skills, challenge themselves and make memories.

There's certainly never a dull moment!

💬 What's the most unusual or unexpected thing YOU'VE seen happening at Raywell Park? We'd love to hear your stories!
