Always a pleasure to see our local Red Squirrel Warden Gary Murphy with us at The KIng's Head 🐿

Our Charity Fashion Show and Clothes Sale this coming Wednesday will be raising funds for Penrith and District Red Squirrel Group , along with Kirkby Stephen Mountain Rescue Team and the Great North Air Ambulance

We have a handful of Fashion and Fizz tickets left, just £15 each, which includes a Glass of Fizz

There's always one 😕

On Saturday and Sunday last, our lovely little village of Ravenstonedale lost power for all day and night (into Monday and Tuesday morning too)

It happened mid-service Saturday night, came back on Sunday morning and then went off again Sunday afternoon, not coming back fully until Tuesday afternoon

It meant everything was down, computers, phones, Kitchen, Tills, everything

The Team stepped up and did all things possible to try and make sure people were looked after (see the Reviews praising them)

Thanks to you for your thoughts, love and support, it means a lot

For some, it clearly wasn't enough ..

Don't be a Gordon 🙄
