In-room dining is available all day, every day, and our COMO Shambhala Kitchen dishes feature on the menu. We use local ingredients wherever possible: British organic eggs, fish caught in British waters for our Thai fish curry, and Isle of Wight tomatoes on our much-loved 'Real Toast'.⁠

A closer look at what will fill the glass on November 3rd at COMO The Halkin, curated with w**e expert Tom Harrow of Honest Grapes and presented with COMO Le Montrachet.⁠

Two neighbouring villages take the spotlight: Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Morgeot 2020 from Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard, and Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru 'Le Cailleret' 2019 from Domaine de la Pousse d'Or, poured from magnum. From there, the journey moves through Volnay, Santenay and Savigny-lès-Beaune, with w**es from Domaine de Montille, Jane Eyre and Domaine de la Pousse d'Or.⁠
