Everyone had a Fab time taking part in the Beccles Carnival yesterday. everyone put so much effort into their costumes, you all looked great! Thank you all for supporting us. 💙

We also won a Trophy 🏆, so the hard work everyone did on Saturday preparing our float was worth it.

A special thanks to Lee at Reco for being our driver and lending his truck for the weekend

We have been busy most of the afternoon getting our float prepped ready for the Beccles Carnival tomorrow!

We also have a bunch of our customers, staff and their families joining in walking along side our float, you won’t miss us, we will all be in our costumes to compliment the theme!

Job Vacancy: Waking Night Support Worker
Location: North Lowestoft
Hours: Full-time
Rate of Pay: £14.50 per hour

You will have the rewarding opportunity to support a lovely gentleman with learning disabilities and epilepsy, providing him with the care and assistance he needs during the night.

Requirements:
🔷 Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
🔷 A compassionate and patient approach to caring for individuals with learning disabilities and epilepsy.
🔷 Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
🔷 Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required.
🔷 Customer has his own vehicle, so applicants with full drivers Licence is preferable

Just 2 days to go! 🎉

The countdown is on! In just 2 days, a group of our amazing customers and staff will be heading to Latitude Festival for a full weekend of camping, music, and unforgettable memories. Made even more special as some of the Mums and siblings are also joining us, making those all important family memories

Last year we experienced the festival on a day ticket, but this year we’re going even bigger with the whole weekend! 🏕️🎶

With an incredible line-up, it’s set to be an amazing weekend full of great music, laughter, and new experiences. We can’t wait to see everyone enjoy everything the festival has to offer and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Today we welcomed the National Autistic Society who delivered training to our staff team and some of our family carers on understanding and supporting sensory needs.

The session explored how sensory differences can impact autistic people in everyday life, and how the right support, environment and approaches can make a meaningful difference.

We are committed to investing in high quality training for our staff, as well as creating opportunities for parents and family carers to learn alongside us. Working together helps us build a shared understanding and provide more consistent, person-centred support for the people we care for.

A big thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to such a valuable session and to Brew & Bites Cafe for providing another fantastic buffet spread
