A couple of great days at the Care Show in Birmingham!

Beth, Justine and Laurie attended the Care Show on Wednesday and Thursday, giving them the opportunity to learn more about what’s happening across the care sector, explore new ideas and discover different ways of working, while also supporting their own personal development and progression within the care industry.

It’s always great to take inspiration from across the industry and look at what we can bring back to Purest Support as we continue to develop and improve the support we provide.

We hope you all had a great couple of days!

We also won a Trophy 🏆, so the hard work everyone did on Saturday preparing our float was worth it.

Today we welcomed the National Autistic Society who delivered training to our staff team and some of our family carers on understanding and supporting sensory needs.

The session explored how sensory differences can impact autistic people in everyday life, and how the right support, environment and approaches can make a meaningful difference.

We are committed to investing in high quality training for our staff, as well as creating opportunities for parents and family carers to learn alongside us. Working together helps us build a shared understanding and provide more consistent, person-centred support for the people we care for.

A big thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to such a valuable session and to Brew & Bites Cafe for providing another fantastic buffet spread
🌈💙
