Tonight we bid farewell to our Jade.🧛‍♀️

Jade came to us 3 and a half years ago as a quiet girl who wanted to wash dishes.

Then the opportunity to go front of house arose and she couldn’t say yes quick enough!💁‍♀️

She helped to run the restaurant for a couple of years - then another opportunity arose - a junior chef position. Jade had never cooked anything other than a couple of eggs, but we put her through her food hygiene, and she went straight in the deep end - and did 82 covers on her first night going solo! 🧑‍🍳

Not many people can do what she could, so hats off. The kitchen brought out ‘the real Jade.’ Which we all found out - is very fiery!!🔥

She now departs us heading to Glasgow Uni to study Physics. 🧑‍🔬🪐

We are going to miss you Jade, but are so proud! Good luck!!🧑‍🏫
