I hope you're keeping well.
As our team has now moved on from the Black Horse Hotel, I just wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for all the support and hospitality you've shown ITS Wind Services over the past year.
Our technicians have spent a considerable amount of time staying at the hotel, and throughout that period you've always gone above and beyond to make them feel welcome. Your professionalism, flexibility and willingness to help with anything we've needed has been greatly appreciated by both the team and myself.
It's not often that accommodation providers make such a positive impact on our operations, but the service you've consistently provided has made life much easier for our technicians while they were working away from home.
On behalf of everyone at ITS Wind Services, thank you once again for everything you've done. We really appreciate your support and wish you, your staff and the Black Horse Hotel every success for the future.
