Meet Gemma, our new General Manager! 👋

You may have seen Gemma around Ullswater Heights already, but we thought it was time to properly introduce her.

With almost 20 years of experience in the leisure and hospitality industry, Gemma has worked across customer care, food and beverage and park management, including seven years at Lakesway in the South Lakes before going on to manage Aysgarth Lodges and a brand-new five star owners’ park in Northumberland.

Now back in the Lake District, Gemma says arriving at Ullswater Heights has really felt like coming home. 💚

Outside of work, it’s all about family, camping in the Lakes and exploring the area with her husband Mick and daughter Millie.

We’re delighted to have Gemma back in the Lake District and part of the Ullswater Heights team.
