The famous Cleveland Way is only a 5 minute walk from our site, the walk winds along the incredible coastal scenery of North Yorkshire, taking you through amazing towns and villages such as Runswick Bay and of course Whitby.

Our very first new caravan owners picked this plot when we began this time last year. Since then they've built a gorgeous patio area overlooking the beck ✨💭

We are super grateful for all our guests and owners who choose us, but especially to our first handful of buyers who took a chance on us right at the start. It’s been a crazy, exhausting, and sometimes messy journey, with plenty of red tape along the way but so rewarding and their trust has meant more than we can put into words.
