Langstone Manor Holiday Park sits on the fringes of the magnificent Dartmoor National Park in Devon. Welcome to Langstone Manor Holiday Park.

Offering five star facilities and a place to stay, including camping pitches, pods, cottages, static holiday homes and a manor house apartment. Set amongst delightful, mature grounds in a sheltered wooded valley on the favoured south-west edge of Dartmoor, Langstone Manor offers the perfect escape for those seeking to explore and enjoy the wide range of interests and activities the adjacent moorland has to offer. The park lies within easy reach of Plymouth and the coasts of South Devon and Cornwall. Close by is the ancient market town of Tavistock (3 miles), and a wealth of National Trust houses and gardens. Our various facilities cater for long or short breaks to suit all tastes and budgets. Jane and David, previously Dairy farmers from Lancashire, have been at Langstone since 1999. The Manor House has a restaurant open every evening for food and drink. The games room houses air hockey, table football and a pool table. We operate a non-smoking policy in all the indoor areas. Our terrace is the perfect setting to relax and unwind at the end of the day. No loud music, no traffic noise, stunning starry skies, peace and quiet and of course, a friendly atmosphere.

Despite Storm Austen trying to scupper our plans, today was still a 'Super Saturday' when the team get to work together and with the added bonus of bacon butties - would be rude not too 😋

Some other pictures taken from the park recently including some fab sunrise and sunset pictures, quirky campers and sheep! 🐑 🐑🐑

This is your last chance to visit Wildside Garden this year.
Open tomorrow, up to and including Sunday 25th October.

Just a short drive from the park, approximately twenty minutes - another reason why we are such a great location for getting out and exploring.

If gardens are your thing, Wildside Garden will not disappoint. Take a packed lunch and relax on the numerous benches dotted around the grounds and enjoy the nature.

The autumn colours are warming up nicely in the garden. 🍂

There are so many things to love about every season, but autumn, for me, really does pull on all my senses. There's something about it that leaves me with a sort of joyful aching — I can't really describe it! Oh, how I wish I was a Wordsworth!! 😂🍁

And there's not long to wait until you can come and enjoy it for yourselves. Our final opening of the season begins on Wednesday 21st October, when we'll be open for five days.

As a small, independent garden, every visit really does matter to us and we're enormously grateful for the support you give Wildside simply by coming through the gate. So do come and wander amongst the autumn colour and help us make our final opening of the year a special one. 🍂🧡

To those of you who have been following mine ( Jane C 😁) and Holly's story of our Marie Curie 13 Tor Challenge....
We cannot thank you enough, you lovely Langstone loverlies.
Your generosity has tipped us over the £1000 mark - £1025 and we are extremely grateful.
We were in the first group 'out the traps' at 8.01 and managed to hold our own and come in in the first 30, out of 140, plus shave an hour off of last year's time despite both of us having injuries 🙈 - the things we do to get a cream tea and a glass of Prosecco .
Not going to lie, it's not called the 13 Tor Challenge for nothing - quite gruelling in places and sometimes the weather was against us as we could barely see some of the tors.
Great to be met at the finish line by family and Jacqui and Mark 🥰.
Your donations spurred us on and we'll be forever grateful. Jane and Holly x

Less than a thirty minute drive from Langstone Manor Holiday Park to Cholwell Riding Stables - another reason why we are a top location for Dartmoor. Some would say there's no better way of experiencing the moors than on horse back 🙂
