Autumn afternoons at the Masseria, when the light turns golden and the suite feels even warmer ✨

A day together, with our hands in the dough 👐🏼
We believe in an approach that puts people first!
A collaboration between the Masseria and the association “Le Orecchiette che vorrei” of Ostuni, a therapeutic, skills-building workshop where teenagers and adults with autism learn to make orecchiette and other fresh pasta shapes.
A work placement at the Masseria for two participants from the Association, in the belief that work can also be a place to grow, learn and feel part of something.
Shaping orecchiette, one by one, with the simple, authentic gestures of our tradition.
