Nothing goes to waste when you know what a coconut can do. 🥥🌿

Coconuts grow on the island and end up in our kitchen almost every day. In our class, Coconut and All Their Wonders, guests learn how our neighbors in Salt Creek have used every part of it for generations, from the milk and oil to an oven made with the shells. It’s a simple lesson in sustainability, right here in the Bocas del Toro archipelago.
